How a pre-order works
- You pay the full price at checkout. We do not take partial payments.
- Your payment is held until your item ships and is used only for the supplier invoice on that batch, the card fee, and the outbound shipping label.
- We order these in one batch, receive them in Grand Junction, and ship them to you from here.
- You can cancel for a full refund to your original payment method any time before your item ships by emailing support@viralcastoutfitters.com with your order number.
Waitlist items
The VCO Spin Rod (7'0" Medium / Fast, $129.99 planned, waitlist only) and the VCO Safety Kit (price undecided, waitlist only) are not open for orders and there is nothing to pay today. Join the email list on either product page and we will write when that item has a firm supplier quote.
