Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return or refund request (14 days for opened soft plastics/terminal tackle for hygiene reasons unless defective).

How to start
Email support@viralcastoutfitters.com with order number, reason, and photos (if damaged). We will provide instructions. Do not return packages without authorization.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection/supplier confirmation. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless we erred.
Exchanges
Subject to availability; we may refund and ask you to reorder.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we resolve issues faster than banks and preserve your access to support.
