How shipping works
When you order, our fulfillment partners (dropship suppliers and/or warehouses) ship products to your address. Items in one order may ship from multiple locations and arrive in multiple packages.
Processing times
Typical supplier processing: 1–5 business days (product page may specify).
Peak seasons and remote suppliers may take longer.
Delivery estimates
US domestic common range: 5–15 business days after processing for many dropship items.
US warehouse / expedited partners: often faster when listed on the product.
International: not offered at launch unless explicitly stated.
Estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and supplier inventory affect delivery.
Shipping rates
Shown at checkout before payment. Free-shipping thresholds (if any) are calculated on merchandise subtotal before taxes.
Order tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed when available and appear in your Shopify order status page. If an item has no tracking yet after the stated processing window, contact support.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for a complete, correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address you entered incorrectly.
PO Boxes & remote areas
Some suppliers cannot ship to PO Boxes or certain remote locations. If a shipment fails for this reason, we will contact you.
Damaged or lost packages
Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost packages) with photos/order number. We will work with the supplier/carrier on replacement or refund per our Returns Policy.
AIS / outdoor ethics
Boat and watercraft products may be subject to Colorado Aquatic Nuisance Species inspection rules when used in-state — follow CPW boating requirements.
