How to submit
- Email support@viralcastoutfitters.com with subject line FIELD NOTES.
- Include: water or park name (public access only), trip date, and 1-3 sentences of what you verified or packed (not private GPS pins).
- Attach a photo only if you own it and want it considered for the site.
Photo permission (separate from reviews)
If you attach a photo, tell us clearly whether Viral Cast Outfitters may:
- Repost the photo on this page, fishing reports, or social channels
- Credit you by first name and/or social username (say which)
Permission to use a photo is separate from leaving a product review. We never trade freebies for reviews. Honest product feedback can be sent without granting photo rights, and photo rights can be granted without posting a review.
What we will not publish
- Private land access pins or gate codes
- Photos of minors without a parent/guardian written OK
- Anything that invents CPW conditions or claims VCO was on the water when we were not
- Fabricated quotes or star ratings
