Guess the Gauge

When will the gauge hit 20?

The gauge on our ice rod giveaway page counts VCO ice rod pre-orders, and it's full at 20. Pick the date you think it gets there. The closest guess wins a VCO Tumbler ($36). Made to order, ships from Grand Junction. If two guesses are just as close, the earlier guess wins.

Free, one guess per person, no purchase needed. Guessing opens October 12, 2026 and closes for good the first time the gauge reaches 15.

Guess the Gauge: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or pre-order does not improve your chances. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor. Viral Cast Outfitters LLC, Grand Junction, Colorado. Questions: support@viralcastoutfitters.com.

2. Who can enter. US residents 18 or older. VCO employees and their family members can't enter.

3. The gauge. The gauge on viralcastoutfitters.com/pages/giveaway counts qualifying VCO ice rod pre-orders, as defined in the ice rod giveaway Official Rules. It counts orders, not rods. A cancelled or refunded order doesn't count.

4. How to enter. Use the form on this page. Give your first name, your email, and one calendar date. One guess per person. If you send more than one, only your first counts. Entry is free.

5. When guessing opens and closes. Guessing opens October 12, 2026. It closes for good the first time the gauge reaches 15. If the gauge later drops below 15, guessing does not reopen. Guesses received after the close don't count. VCO's clock is the official clock.

6. The answer. The answer is the calendar date, in Mountain Time, that the 20th qualifying pre-order is placed. If the gauge has not reached 20 by March 31, 2027, the answer is March 31, 2027.

7. Who wins. The guess closest to the answer wins. A guess before the answer and a guess after it count the same distance. If two or more guesses are just as close, the earliest guess wins.

8. Prize. One VCO Tumbler (retail $36). Made to order, ships from Grand Junction. VCO pays the shipping. The prize can't be swapped for cash.

9. Winner notice. We email the winner at the address on the form. The winner has 7 days to reply. If we don't hear back in 7 days, the next-closest guess wins.

10. Separate from the ice rod giveaway. A guess is not an entry in the ice rod giveaway, and a giveaway entry is not a guess. No purchase is needed for either.

11. Meta. This contest isn't sponsored, endorsed, or run by Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

12. Privacy. What you send in the form is used to run this contest. We don't add you to our email list.
