Pricing & payment
Prices are in USD unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders if necessary. Payment is due at checkout via available methods (Shop Pay, cards, wallets, etc.).
Dropshipping & fulfillment
Many products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Delivery times vary and are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass according to our Shipping Policy.
Fishing regulations
You are solely responsible for obtaining valid licenses/stamps and following all CPW and local regulations. We are not affiliated with Colorado Parks and Wildlife.

Logo, branding, and original site content belong to Viral Cast Outfitters. Product images may be licensed from suppliers.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR FISHING OUTCOMES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Viral Cast Outfitters against claims arising from your misuse of products, violation of fishing laws, or breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes shall be courts located in Mesa County, Colorado, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
